My name is Bart Sterk.

 

 

 

My roots lay within the Netherlands, in the south in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, in the province of Noord-Brabant. Nowadays I live and work in Spain in the province of Alicante at the Costa Blanca.

My vision is to offer houseowners the total care for their home, as if it was my own home. For tourists carefree enjoying with all luxery I would wish myself for a holiday.

Within my work reliability and a Strong (my family-name!) Service is my device.

   

SterkServices reaches out within the area of Costa Blanca North; Oliva, Dénia, Jávea, Ondara, Pedreguer,Benitachell, Gata de Gorgos, Jesús Pobre, Moraira, Teulada, Benissa, Altea and Calpe. We offer (no-)residential houseowners the best possible managementpackets.

By offering a good reliabel Service, you can be assured that we make the best out of taking care of your house during your absence.

For those who doesn’t live permanently in his home in Spain, we offer the Service of inspection en maintenance during your absence and if required, we make preparetions for your return.
